FolderIconSave prevents anyone from deleting your apps

Do you have a shared iOS device and are tired of getting your apps deleted constantly? Well, you can now prevent that from happening as FolderIconSave is a new Jailbreak tweak that prevents your apps from getting deleted and entry to the folders.

After installation of the tweak, you will have the following four options:

  1. Lock Folders Entry: it disables Folders opening only.
  2. Lock Apps Deletion: it disables Apps to be deleted.
  3. Lock Delete Button: it removes the delete button in the wiggle mode.
  4. Lock Apps Wiggle and Folders Entry: it disables both Apps Wiggling (the Wiggle Mode) and Folders opening.

FolderIconSave Preferences

These are the options that are available. You can either enable any one of them or enable all at once if you want to. Personally, I would either enable first and second option or the last one as these options are very useful and they prevent anyone from deleting the apps or accessing folders.

If you don’t want anyone to know about the tweak then you can also enable the third option as the apps will go into the jiggle mode but the delete option will be hidden so, they will think that something is wrong with your device whilst FolderIconSave will be performing its function.

FolderIconSave Tweak

If you want to configure the options of the tweak then head over to the preferences pane of the tweak. There you will find all the options of the tweak. After enabling or disabling the tweak or configuring an option, you will need to respring the device in order for those changes to take place.

If you are interested in the idea of this tweak and want to use this tweak then FolderIconSave is available at Cydia’s BigBoss Repo. You can download and install it from there, it is available for free and is compatible with iOS 8, iOS 9 and iOS 10 Jailbroken devices.
