extra_recipe+yaluX brings Stable JailBreak for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus

For those who were eagerly waiting for a stable jailbreak for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus on iOS 10.1.1, there is a good news for all you. Xerub released “extra_recipe” which is basically an update of Ian Beer’s mach_portal exploit. With the release of the extra_recipe, the renowned developer of Yalu Jailbreak just released an update version of Yalu Jailbreak for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

The previous implementation of the Yalu along with mach_portal is now replaced by extra_recipe+yaluX and is improved from the previous one. This updated version is only and only for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus which didn’t have a stable jailbreak whilst the other devices were stable on yalu102 jailbreak.

With extra_recipe+yaluX, the iPhone 7/7Plus users will have a stable jailbreak and will also provide the substrate. Other issues like backboard fixes for Order 65, Order 66 etc have also been fixed with this release.

Should I Update?

I would suggest all of you that you should wait for a while before you update. Luca has published the ipa for extra_recipe+yaluX on his official website which you can use with Cydia Impactor and Jailbreak iPhone 7/7 Plus but do keep in mind that this update has been released as beta 1. So, there may be other updates of this tool too and if you update then you may run into some kind of problems.

Another reason why you shouldn’t update just now is that this beta of extra_recipe+yaluX does not install Cydia and also doesn’t run Substrate or remount file system as read-write. So, this is not a normal and ordinary jailbreak where you can easily do things you like.

If you want to try this beta one of extra_recipe+yaluX then you can visit Luca’s Website.
