[sgmb id=”1″]A few days ago Apple released the latest iOS 10.2 and it contained several bug fixes and new features. Yesterday, Luca Todesco a renowned hacker said on Twitter that he will soon be releasing a jailbreak for iOS 10.1.1. That’s a good news for jailbreak community and for users who are still on iOS 9, they will be able to upgrade to iOS 10 and also have the jailbreak. If you want a jailbreak for iOS 10 then you need to downgrade to iOS 10.1.1 before Apple stops its signing.

Before you downgrade to iOS 10.1.1, make sure to create a backup via iTunes or iCloud.
This method will wipe out data from your device and it will be restored from a backup.

How to Downgrade to iOS 10.1.1 from iOS 10.2:

  2. Hold the power button for 3 seconds and while doing that press hold home button too along with power button for 10 seconds.
  3. After 10 seconds, release the power button and keep holding the home button until you see a popup on iTunes showing that it has detected an iPhone/iPad/iPod in recovery mode. Click on Ok to continue.
